heated pool big variety
the food was REALLY good! i enjoyed a big variety of options. the gym has a volleyball field and is next to the 50 m heated olympic swimming pool.
the wi-fi was sometimes SLOW.

Fantastic stay with excellent service
food selection service oriented staff clean rooms awesome pool
The food selection was extensive across many restaurants. After a few days, I identified my favorite spots. The bar next to reception and the rooftop bar served great coffee. Staff members were service-oriented. The sports offered by Apollo were excellent and the gym was adequate. Rooms were clean and the pools awesome.

maintained grounds safe environment
The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained I noticed diligent upkeep daily. Multiple pools provide ample space for swimming and relaxation. I found the available lifeguards attentive and helpful and they ensured a safe environment for all guests.

cooked meat service minded staff
i found the freshly cooked meat selection excellent it included beef prawn chicken and fish. there were different shows every night entertainment staff organized volleyball and darts.
the coffee quality was not great i think they should consider using american brands.

The resort has many pools. There are many restaurants also. The meals and service were excellent. (I really enjoyed the fresh fruit.)
I found the staff unfriendly sometimes. Some staff members were unhelpful. Hot drinks in glasses without handles are very dangerous.

fantastic stay!
modern pool amazing view
The olympic pool was modern. It was fantastic. the room was very clean. It had amazing views. i really appreciate the friendly and helpful reception team.
the staff behavior with my children was upsetting, i paid a lot of money expecting a relaxing family holiday but instead i had days of disappointment and stress.

mixed feelings on my stay
long wait repetitive food
Check-in was not smooth. our room wasn't ready, and we waited a long time. the food got repetitive. I wish there were more options. i was hoping for better considering what i paid for.
